This Horizontal Slitting Machine(min.30mm) is suitable for slitting roll materials as BOPP,PET,CPP,CPE,PVC,aluminum foil and paper,etc.Compared to vertical type paper slitter,this type design is easy for material loading,film past and rewinding because the unwinding unit is not at the rewinding side.So the unwinding material can be much bigger. so is a kind of horizontal slitting&rewinding machine,Unwinding &rewinding shaft and located in front and back position of machine.

And this machine can slit rim separately and blown out by air automatically,usually min.slitting width is around 30mm, indepent master control panel,more flexible and even easier operation.Automation EPC(web guiding system) for unwinding,photocell is suitable for tracking the edge and color of transparent material.Equipped with magnetic powder brake for unwinding tension control.Magnetic clutch control for rewinding tension control.It can be equipped with rim charge conveying or rewinding device(which can be selected on order).Automatic meter counting device.
